Michelle Drewes is a fourth generation Californian. She was born in Santa Barbara, lived in New York City, Los Angeles and San Francisco and now calls Sacramento her home. Michelle is a service-oriented real estate professional with a keen mind for the intricacies of buying and selling luxury residential real estate and investment properties. She recently joined the Coldwell Banker Sacramento Metro Office.
Though she is relatively new to real estate, Michelle has over 20 years of professional experience in hospitality, photography and fine art. She began working in luxury hotels then launched a career as a professional photographer. She established Michelle Drewes Media where she specialized in commercial photography for high-end Interior Designers, luxury brands and major publications such as the WSJ Mansions, Elle Decor and Wine Spectator. This experience coupled with her hands-on approach, gives her the unique ability to help client’s prep and showcase their home for sale.
Michelle specializes in the areas of East Sacramento. She has extensive first-hand knowledge of the towns, neighborhoods and schools that make up this special enclave. Michelle is an excellent communicator and excels at building strong relationships with her clients. In addition, her knowledge of the marketplace and understanding of the buying and selling process makes her an amazing resource to her clients.
Michelle is dedicated and diligent and prides herself on her integrity and professionalism. Her honest and straightforward approach has helped to successfully guide and advise her clients with all of their real estate needs. No client question or need is too small. Michelle is dedicated to helping each client make their buying and selling experience as seamless and rewarding as possible.
Michelle attended The Art Center of Pasadena and has a BFA of Photography from The Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She now lives in East Sacramento with her husband and young children. In her free time Michelle enjoys painting, tennis, hiking, and traveling.
